The quality of the residence allows for high flexibility when designing the living areas. As a starting point, there is the spacious reception room opening onto a terrace that faces the lake creating a light panoramic view. If desired, the retreat oasis can also be divided into two separate sleeping areas with an integrated bathing area. An extension of the living area by way of a library is also possible.
